Temporary Admin & Photography Support – Crufts 2026

The Royal Kennel Club is seeking a highly organised temporary assistant to support photography operations in the lead-up to and immediately following Crufts 2026.
This role supports the management of all official photography at Crufts — the world’s greatest dog show — and requires someone efficient, detail-oriented, and confident working at pace.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with Excel spreadsheets and data management
Updating Word documents and briefing materials
Canva design support (volunteer packs, schedules, digital comms)
Communicating with volunteer photographers
General pre-event administrative support
Post-event image and documentation coordination
Essential Skills:
Strong Excel and Word skills
Confident using Canva
Excellent written communication
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
This is an in-office role at our Clarges Street headquarters (near Green Park).
