The Chatsworth photo library holds images of items in the Devonshire Collection; from paintings to old master and Inigo Jones drawings, silver to furniture, early to recent photographs including interior and exterior views of Chatsworth House, the Garden and Park. The extensive collection also covers many facets of the history of Chatsworth,the Cavendish and Mitford families and Sir Joseph Paxton. We are proud to hold the Lewinski Archive of photographs of artists in Britain, 1962-95. Images are supplied in a variety of formats and new photography can be undertaken where required. We can help with searches and arrange copyright clearance.
